Hi,

I’ve a question relating to the availability of criminal records to the public online.

I know that you can go to your local courthouse, and search criminal records of adults in your local county or even state.

My question is:

Is there a site online, that doesn’t charge to view criminal records? Or criminal backgrounds?

I know a million sites charge a fee, but I think this is because they believe people are too stupid to be able to find the actual site that is free and provided by the government.

My boyfriend has that as off last night dumb ass…He has court tomorrow but i was wondering if he can be held in jail for years?

In many states now possession of weed has been decriminalized, but cultivation and sales are still considered criminal. If you can’t cultivate or sell then where the heck do you get the weed? It’s idiocy on a base level.

Not to be confusing, I understand that you get the weed from someone who is cultivating or selling it, but if they’re breaking the law, aren’t you?

This just seems stupid to me.

Dumb Criminal
A man walked into a Circle-K (a convenience store similar to a 7-11), put a $20 bill on the counter and asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the man pulled a gun and asked for all the cash in the register, which the clerk promptly provided.

The man took the cash from the clerk and fled, leaving the $20 bill on the counter. The total amount of cash he got from the drawer? Fifteen dollars.
