This guy (seen in another posted being confronted up close) spent 30 minutes looking for an apartment to rob. He knocked on doors, then ducked under spyhole level and eventually decided the only option was to steal a bike. His mistake was to have a hairstyle so stupid and distinctive that when he was still hanging around the neighborhood the next morning he was confronted and the police were flagged down and shown the video footage. Arrested and charged. The police stated he was a nuisance and glad someone finally gave them enough evidence to arrest.
